Multispectral quantitative phase imaging (QPI) with digital holographic microscopy (DHM) has been demonstrated to bea versatile tool to access wavelength dependent optical properties of technical and biological specimens as well as to reducecoherence induced image disturbances. However, when hyperspectral DHM is combined with microscopes and tunablelasers with a large spectral range, chromatic aberrations of the optical imaging system have to be considered. We haveanalyzed wavelength dependent defocusing effects and changes of the optical magnification in the related refocused holographicimages in lens-based multi-wavelength DHM and show that both effects can be efficiently numerically compensated.
