The Great Eclipse of 1991 - A Bird's Bye View

There is a point in the study of physics where practical usemust be taken into consideration. No matter how much time isspent reading a textbook, true understanding does not comewithout experience. Such an experience was the Eclipse Day ofSeptember 30, 1991. The purpose of this day was to recreate thesolar eclipse of July 11 and analyze the data from a LUSATsatellite which passed through the umbra of the eclipse.
