In this work, we developed demand-driven deploymentcapabilities in Cyclus, d3ploy. User-controlled capabilitiessuch as supply/capacity buers, constraint deployment, predictionalgorithms, and installed capacity deployment wereintroduced to give a user tools to minimize commodity undersupplyin the simulation. We demonstrate d3ploy’s capabilityto automatically deploy fuel cycle facilities to meet varioustypes of user-defined power demands: constant, linearly increasing,and sinusoidal.
