A Technical Economic Analysis on the Application and Construction of Chinese Agricultural Information Network

The paper starts with analysis on the current problems existing in the construction of a-gricultural information network in China, and explores the issues of the construction and management of five - grade information network. It sets up a model for tech - economic effect analysis and evaluation with economic theory and systematic methods, and gives viable suggestions on the improvement of the technical capacity and economic effect of the network operation.
