Public Libraries And Economic Development In China

摘要

This article presents the methods and experiences of the Chinese public libraries in their services for the nation's economic development, describes the efforts they have made in public librarianship and in their self-adjustment in China's socialist market economy, points out the weak links in widening their services to China's economic construction and looks into the future of the Chinese Librarianship in serving the economic development.
