SKIPPER: a tool that lets browsers adapt to changes in documentrelevance to its user

We present a tool, SKIPPER, which personalizes browsers of largeinformation bases by: autonomously detecting and recording documentsthat are of apparent personal interest to the current user; and byhighlighting and presenting relevant browser options to the user in ahierarchically structured fashion. Thereby browser options are organizedaccording the a relevance ranking of the respective documents, and ourtool is designed to take into account that document relevancerealistically changes over time
