The structure of the error correction coding schemes and areconstruction method for lost cells are derived. The performanceanalysis includes transmission efficiency, interleave delay, and cellloss compensation performance. The results show that effectivecompensation performance, with high transmission efficiency and smallinterleave delay, is obtained by applying the proposed coding parameterselection.
