A number of fourth-order HOS approaches are reviewed forapplicability to RF propagation in wideband application in urbanenvironments. A lattice geometry is used to model constraints in thepropagation which constrain the mean direction of arrival. Errors inestimation of this angle, and methods of increasing the signal level canpotentially be mitigated using blind deconvolution with a distributedset of sources. With a moving receiver, a time average can alsopotentially improve these estimates. Data results shown some of thesemodeled propagation effects, which have dramatic angular changes withslight frequency shifts
