摘要

The influence of the excitation current on the resonant frequencyand its mathematical description introduces a nonlinear impedancecharacteristic of the piezoelectric resonator. This influence wasmodeled by the nonlinear electrical equivalent circuit, in which theequivalent series resistance and equivalent motional capacitance aretaken to be functions of the amplitude of the excitation current bymeans of the relations derived in the work. The equivalent circuit wasanalyzed by the method of equivalent linearisation. The relationshipsbetween the amplitudes of voltage applied on the AT-cut resonator andthe first current harmonics or phase-frequency dependence of the excitedresonator respectively, are derived. Amplitude jumps and dynamicaltemperature change phenomena are discussed
