Methods for linear least-squares rhythmometry were used todescribe the circadian pattern of growth hormone (GH) secretion ingroups of children divided according to stature and clinical status. Acomparison of circadian parameters indicates similar characteristicsbetween normal and short children, but significant differences in GHsecretion for GH-deficient children.
