Laser-intensity-modulation method in the determination of spatialpolarization distribution in insulating polymers

An improved analytical technique for transformingcurrent-frequency measurement data to spatial polarization distributionis presented. Some experimental results with a polar polymer arepresented in support of the mathematical model incorporating bothspace-charge and dipolar polarization components. The model is found toreproduce the experimental values slightly better than the model of S.B.Lang and D.K. Das-Gupta (1986)
