Compared dielectric response of the ceramic compoundsY₂BaCuO₅, La₂BaCuO₅ and Eu₂BaCuO₅

摘要

In this paper the preliminary results of the dielectric responserelated to frequency, of the ceramic compounds Re₂BaCuO₅ (Re: Y-La-Eu) are studied. All the measures were carried at roomtemperature, The relative dielectric (K'); the relative loss factor(K"); the dielectric loss tangent (tg(d)) and the quality factor (Q)related to frequency are compares. Some consideration is also given tothe possible technology application of these compounds
