Development and application of new self-bonding magnet wires withself-lubricating properties

摘要

Self-bonding magnet wire is used for coils in various combinationsof bonding layers and base coats ranging from low thermal classpolyurethane to heat-resistant class H polyamideimide. Thecharacteristics of newly developed self-bonding magnet wires withself-lubricating properties and their application to motor windings arediscussed. Examples of application where productivity has been improveddue to better windability and mold-releasability of the newly developedwires are given
