We have suggested how a a technical organisation can transformeffectively into results-oriented, strategy-focused business. We havealso identified some of the key elements needed to introduce performancemeasurement, as a driver, to move an organisation from a primarilyfinancial focus to a performance focus. We also believe that we havehighlighted the critical role played by both management and employees indelivering the project
