Abstract: Compared with several typical field-sequential stereoscopic TV systems, a flicker-free field- sequential stereoscopic TV system compatible with a current PAL system is proposed. Except the frame memory technique, resetting composite sync signal and line interpolation techniques are adopted in this system, therefore, it has the advantage of fine and smooth scanning structure, high vertical resolution, and easy application. !5
