DEVELOPMENT AND SIZING OF A MULTICRITERION FACADE ELEMENTTHROUGH DIFFERENT LUMINOUS, THERMAL AND AIRFLOW TOOLS

People that work in office buildings have new needsrnin terms of comfort within their work place. Wernsuggest to develop a multicriteria office cell fa?ade,rnallowing to control luminous, thermal and airflowrnparameters. It will be controlled to offer globalrncomfort to the office cells occupants. Variousrnsimulations tools were used to optimize therndimensioning of the envelope components (solarrnprotection (slats and electrochromic protection), tornchoose materials (nature and characteristic of thernglazings) and to establish a natural ventilationrnstrategy through the wall element (ventilationrnscenario choice, airflow patterns, and ventilationrnareas). This study was carried out within the frame ofrna Ph.D. supported by the Ademe agency and anrnindustrial partner, in order to develop a muliticriteriarnwall element leading to the making of a demonstrator.
