Control System Design of Packing Plant for Irregular-shape Bottles of Detergent

To meet the requirements of daily chemical industry, an automatic packing plant for irregular-shape bottles of detergent using a parallel manipulator is designed, which has compact structure and functional perfection. The demand analysis and layout planning are carried out, according to which the detailed structure and control system are designed. The control system is based on Delta PCI-DMC-B01 motion control card and Panasonic FPX-C60T PLC. The unified method and interactive process of the discrete system are described, and the system application software across PLC and LabVIEW programming environment is compiled. The experimental results show that the control system design meets the use requirements.
