This paper describes a $1.5 mu mathrm{m}$ stabilized diode laser, which is based on the Doppler-free spectra of acetylene 13C2H2. This stabilized near infrared laser can be applied in the optical fiber communication as a wavelength reference standard. It takes the $3 f$ detection technique with one-way pump and probe configuration. The initial experiment results show that a relative stability of $4.2imes 10^{-13}$ at 100 s and standard uncertainty of $2.5imes 10^{-11}$ are obtained, respectively.
