Digital Sampling of Quantum Accurate AC and DC waveforms

Using a Josephson Arbitrary Waveform Synthesizer (JAWS), we measure the AC-DC difference of a sampling digital voltmeter (SDVM) through direct sampling and subsampling. We also perform direct and differential sampling measurements of the amplitude of an AC voltage source, built at the National Research Council Canada (NRC), against the JAWS. Such calibrations of the SDVM and NRC voltage source could help maintain AC voltage traceability in between JAWS operations.
