Seasonal Effects in Gravity

摘要

This paper describes a procedure for taking into account the local inhomogenities in free-fall acceleration caused by seasonal effects while transferring the value measured at the position of absolute gravimeter to the center of mass position of the test mass in Kibble Balance experiments. A symmetric grid with optimum number of nodes is proposed in order to monitor possible seasonal variations in the transfer value with least efforts.
