On the Diagnostic Value of Orientation Angle of the Phase Portrait from Single-channel ECG as an Indicator of Functional State of Myocardium

Phaseography of the electrical activity of the heart using digital technologies records and evaluates the indicators at a real time with a graphical display in the phase space of coordinates of the relationship between the amplitude and the rate of change of the electrical potential in time, forming a speed-volume loop. As a result, we get new signs characterizing the speed characteristics of the electrical activity of the heart, including the angle of inclination of the ECG phase portrait. It was found that the αQRS indicator carries information to a greater extent about the functional state of the cardiovascular system, is due to its correlation with the direction of the electrical axis of the heart and can be used as an alternative characteristic in screening examinations
