Based on the gas turbine blade disc system, the finite element model of the blade disc is established and the modal analysis is carried out. The vibration characteristics of the system under the working load are studied, and the fatigue life of the blade disc system is calculated. Combined with the analysis results to evaluate the blade disc life. The results show that the blade vibration is dominated by blade vibration, and excessive blade vibration causes damage. The magnitude of the amplitude is related to the position of the disc and the blade node. The life of the disc is inversely proportional to the load and is proportional to the surface roughness.
