Design of Safety Monitoring System for Stage Machinery System

Theatre performance, as an artistic expression, has become a favorite form of art of many people. In order to achieve a safe, reliable and stable performance, there are high requirements for all aspects of the stage machinery system, especially the safety problems. This article carries on the design of the monitoring system for stage machinery system based on MCU. Through the combination of the MCU and sensors, the required monitoring signals are collected. And the LCD display screen is used to display the collected data in real time. When signals exceed the set range, the alarm will be on. Staff can set the threshold of each sensor through a software program to facilitate monitoring in different environments. The system is equipped with WIFI transmission module, which transmits sensor data to the mobile terminal device to facilitate simultaneous monitoring of multiple sensors.
