The paper presents the process of developing an algorithm that allows modeling the electric energy outlays of robotic technological processes. The calculation of outlays is based on the postprocessor output data. The process of forming an array of data, containing instantaneous power values for various segments of the robot workspace, is described. The process of forming a continuous instantaneous power map of an industrial robot using an adaptive neuro – fuzzy inference system is described. The algorithms for calculating energy costs for different types of robot movements (LIN and CIRC) are presented. The results of the research allow for the exploration of ways of algorithm building to obtain the least energy-consuming zones of the working space of an industrial robot.
