Research on the Overload Protection of the Mini-flameproof Switch by Microcomputer

This paper analyzes the present conditions and some pro'blems of the protective device of the mini-flameproof switch and points out the phenomena and reasons realizing the overload protection in which a bigger dead zone exists by analogy circuit. The adjusting methods of the overload protection by microcomputer and the ways lessening the range of the dead zone have been presented. On the heat-accumulation effect of the motor's overload, the method simulating the effect with programs is given. In addition, the circuit block and the program flow chart for the overload protection by microcomputer have been also presented.
