Leght Emission Enhancement in Red Phorphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diode by Carbon Quantum Dots Doping

摘要

We use PCBM as the carbon quantum dot dopant to enhance the luminous of an organic light-emitting diode. The doping level is less than 1% in weight. The luminous efficacy enhanced about 45% due to the re-injection of electrons from PCBM to the guest dopants.
