Application of Optical Coherence Tomography on In-vivo Cervical Screening

OCT was used for in-vivo cervical screening for 350 patients. Characteristics cervical structures were observed in OCT images. Satisfactory sensitivity (84.9%), specificity (85.7%) and accuracy (85.4%) results demonstrate OCT’s great potential for in-vivo cervical screening.
