In order to solve the shortcomings of high fan energy consumption, long pollution regulation cycle and long oscillation cycle in the ventilation control of highway tunnels, this paper proposes to research and design a highway tunnel ventilation control system based on the Internet of Things and gray prediction algorithm. The system uses three layers IoT architecture: perception layer, network layer, application layer. The fluid mechanics model of highway tunnel ventilation and the diffusion model of highway tunnel pollutants are introduced first, and then the traditional PID control model and gray prediction model are discussed in detail. Finally, the gray prediction PID model of tunnel ventilation is designed, and the system gray prediction PID control is also described in the article Design content. System application experiments show that the overall performance of the gray prediction PID algorithm is good, and it can respond to pollution peaks in the future in advance, which has a good application and promotion prospect.
