摘要

This paper proposes the pre-charge, discharge, and mini-UPS circuits of an auxiliary power network architecture for 10kV SiC-based power electronics building block. The design and working principle of all components are given with hardware prototypes and test waveforms. This architecture proposes a simple auxiliary-power-only pre-charge method, and increase the system reliability by having a rapid discharge circuit for dc-link, and a mini-UPS backup power supply.
