Analysis of balance factors in product assembly

Since the product production process involves the assembly work of high-speed rotating mechanism, in order to improve the safety of operator and equipment in the state of high-speed rotation of the product, a balanced process of product assembly is necessary. By analyzing the factors that affect the dynamic balance of high-speed rotating mechanism products in the assembly process, the assembly balance adjustment method is proposed. By formulating a reasonable assembly balance process flow, the adverse effects of unbalanced factors on the product during the product assembly process are solved. The product assembly quality and safety performance was improved.
