Riding toy is a kind of toys that children like very much, but it is also a kind of toys with high safety risk. The braking device of riding toy is an important test session of its safety performance. In order to solve the problems of loading difficulty, poor test accuracy and low degree of automation in the process of braking performance test of riding toys, a set of test device which can meet the requirements of different national toy safety standards for braking performance test of riding toys is designed by simulating children’s riding behavior and riding road conditions. The device selects P60 alumina material as the simulated road surface, selects PLC system to accurately control and adjust the test angle, the use of dynamic loading system greatly improves the test accuracy, and the use of load lifting device improves the test efficiency. The device has reasonable structure design and convenient operation. It has been widely used in testing laboratory.
