Research on Typical Practices of Advanced Equipment Quality Management Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology and the advent of the quality era, the scale of enterprises is becoming larger, modern, and intelligent, and the structure and technology of equipment are more complicated. For the requirements of management, we need to integrate the quality concept of the equipment management process, and gradually develop it into the modern equipment quality management. This paper studies the typical practices of equipment quality management in advanced enterprises, with a view to providing reference experience for the optimization of equipment quality management model.
