The methods of measuring the main parameters of vibration systems with one degree of freedom are described in the article. A vibroviscometric sensor is used as a test object. To implement the method, the approach was suggested to control the frequency of the excitation signal of the oscillating system by maintaining the predetermined value of the phase difference between the excitation signal and the response signal. By maintaining the phase difference equal to 90 degrees, the proposed approach simplifies the computation algorithm, reduces the measurement error of quality factor and eigen frequency (natural frequency) of the oscillating system, and allows to acquire the values of measured parameters in real-time. The paper describes the algorithm for adjusting the frequency of the excitation signal. The approach can be used for the development of sensors based on oscillatory systems with one degree of freedom including the oscillatory systems with low q-factor.
