In the presence of mainlobe jammings, adaptive array processing will cause pattern distortion, peak offset and sidelobe level rise, which reduce output signal-to-jamming-noise ratio (SINR) and distort monopulse curve, thus deterio-rating angular measurement performance dramatically. Therefore, an adaptive monopulse angle measurement method for distributed array radar is proposed for estimate target angle when mainlobe jammings exist. The proposed method uses distributed array radar to suppress mainlobe jammings to ensure a high output SINR, and solves the problem of monopulse curve distortion through the rotation invariance. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by computer simulations.
