Proliferation of power-electronic loads on water-pumping systems has led to un-safe and inefficient conditions because of typical low power-factor of power-electronic conditioning systems. Most of the water-pumping systems require an AC-DC conversion followed by DC-DC converter for regulating the outputs. An efficient, viable and simple power-conditioning system is proposed for irrigation application accommodated with knowledge based control schemes. Over the, traditional DC-DC converters, a variety of non-isolated high-voltage gain DC-DC converters are proposed by employing voltage-multiply modules. The proposed multi-output converter is working as interleaved manner draws a continuous current from main source for powering the VSI fed BLDC motor drive. For autonomous irrigation system, an expertise Fuzzy-logic controller is appointed for generation of feasible switching states to enhance the dynamic response and torque-ripple minimization. The evaluation of proposed interleaved boost DC-DC converter scheme has been developed for intelligent irrigation system under constant speed conditions by using Matlab/Simulink tool, results are presented with improved power-factor features.
