摘要

We present for the first time experimental results concerning the features and behaviors of the X-mode small-scale artificial field-aligned irregularities from bi-static scatter observations with using oblique sounding observations at the Sweden - Gorkovskaya radio path. The distinctive features of the signals scattered from artificial field-aligned irregularities excited by the extraordinary polarized HF pump waves are analyzed.
