The theoretical estimations of the amplitude and phase fluctuations of the microwave signal at its propagation in a turbulent atmosphere in an opened line-of-sight link has been made. Numerical estimations were obtained for the dispersions, as well as for the correlation intervals of the amplitude and phase fluctuations of the microwave signal.
