In the field of calibrating electric field strength, the uncertainty of electric field probe is an important manifestation of the reliability of its results. The traditional measurement uncertainty indicates that the calculation of the electric field probe uncertainty is more complicated. Therefore, the Monte Carlo method Uncertainty assessment of the probe is also a complementary means. In this paper, the principle and procedure of Monte Carlo method for uncertainty assessment are analyzed in detail. Then the steady-state field is established under the GTEM chamber by UHF method. The uncertainty is evaluated by the transfer relationship between the reference probe and the probe. Finally, the simulation results show that the Monte Carlo method can be applied to evaluate the uncertainty of this system and provide a new reference for the direction of the uncertainty of electric field measurement.
