摘要

Oblique incidence is the normal working mode for multilayer diffractive optical element (MLDOE) and its diffraction efficiency is very sensitive to incident angle. We presented a MLDOE optimal design and further application in hybrid imaging system under oblique incidence situation, which has a universal significance and practice.
