Software: friend or foe

摘要

Software is a determining factor of our daily lives, most of our devices have some kind of operating programs that are often hidden from us and we consider natural their specific and faultless operation. However, these programs, even relatively simple ones, are complicated, and they undergo complex procedures during their development. And we ask the questions up to which extent we can trust in our software parts or how can we validate and test them. This paper studies these questions and shows the possible methods.
