The urgent need to have an effective cryptographic system is a fundamental requirement that can be guided to future generations of cryptographic systems by providing more protection at lower costs, among the new algorithms that have emerged to meet these demands "twofish". It is an algorithm that can replace traditional encryption algorithms in the world, which can also be selected by the (NIST) as an advanced coding standard. In this paper we will show the modification to improvement of the Twofish algorithm, which is used to make the algorithm better than the memory consumption with the S-boxes, and better security, through the hybridization between processes that operate on the SALSA20 algorithm with the techniques in the S-BOXES of the Twofish algorithm and replace the key-schedule in s-boxes with the equation in lu system, that will have caused difficulty of breaking the code generated by the s-boxes exists in this algorithm
