摘要

Due to the compact structure and rigid design method, it is impossible to introduce transmission zeros to interdigital cavity filter by traditional methods such as cross-coupling[1]. In this paper, an exploratory on external cavity structure is proposed, which can insert transmission zeros into its frequency response and greatly improve design flexibility. Furthermore, the structure can reduce the insertion loss(IL). HFSS software is used to simulate. The measured results are consistent with the simulation results, which verifies the validity of the design scheme.
