摘要

Digital array radar technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Digital T/R module is the core of the digital array radar. Electromagnetic compatibility is an important signature in digital T/R module system. The electromagnetic interference can directly influence the successful operation of digital T/R module system. The relevant EMI concepts and the complex electromagnetic environment that digital T/R module faced is presented. The principle of digital T/R module based on direct digital synthesis (DDS) technology is proposed. The EMC design of T/R module was given and solving methods are proposed. The performances tests are carried out, which show that compared with absorbing materials, conduct material has remarkable advantages such as stretchable, compressible, light weight and easy to integrate with digital T/R module.
