摘要

A miniaturized absorbing frequency selection surface (MAFSS) was presented and applied to the radar cross section(RCS) reduction of the radome in this paper. The MAFSS is composed of an upper absorbing structure and a lower interdigitated frequency selection surface, which shows a good transmission property in the range of 2.6-3.1 GHz, and has a absorption band from 8GHz to 20GHz, with absorbance more than 85%. The designed structure can achieve bistatic radar cross section reduction more than 10dB without grating lobe from 8 to 20GHz.
