The article is devoted to the issues of monitoring and control in the field of water management, which is the basis of the rational use of water resources (rivers), the efficient use of modern GIS (geographic information system) for the effective control over the state of irrigation systems. In researches used Landsat satellite data and new information techniques and technologies. Determinate hydraulic and hydrological parameters of flow.
