This paper focuses on the improvement of network resource utility for energy harvesting aided cellular internet of things (IoT) with full-duplex backhauls. Firstly, a Stackelberg game is formulated to express the interest interaction between the network operator and multiple wireless energy transmitters. To solve the equilibrium efficiently, the follower level optimization is solved according to backward induction, which is substituted into the leader level optimization for variable elimination. Then, an alternating direction iteration is proposed to solve the simplified follower level optimization. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective in improving the utility of network resources.
