In this paper, large-scale channel measurements at 28 GHz are conducted at the American University of Sharjah campus in the United Arab Emirates. The buildings on campus are characterized by their Islamic-style architecture with the buildings' rotundas covered with domes supported by large columns. Further, for outdoor environments the various buildings are connected by outdoor hallways supported by columns, which are connected with arches. Measurements are performed at several indoor and outdoor scenarios. The measurement setup and results are presented, with the pathloss exponent calculated for each scenario.
