The history of the human factor in aviation is a quite progressive and immense amount of work has been done to improve the system which is affected by elements of the human factor. Keeping this in mind, this investigation aims to provide a brief snapshot of aviation human factors affecting work performance in Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) agencies. The beginning of the study specifies brief details regarding the progress of social psychology in the human factor. After that, it focuses on the elements that social psychology present to the professionals such as aircraft maintenance engineers, technicians, maintenance planner etc. involved in aviation for safe and smooth operations. It also highlights the human interaction to social psychology in different condition. The working environment of MROs is quite challenging and complex and introduces several issues from the arena of the human factor. The research orients the reader to the causes and effects that guide the cutting edge of the field now. The research aims to provide the current status of different social psychology elements stemming out from human factor arena.
