摘要

A general method for de-embedding in numeric simulations is presented. The method uses the well-known TRL calibration technique adapted from the high-frequency measurement realm. For this purpose, models of the calibration standards were designed in a numerical simulation program using the example of a coaxial microstrip transition and the results were then evaluated with a numerical calculation program. A short introduction to the principles of the TRL calibration and its adaption to simulations is followed by a presentation of the simulation setup and the results.
