1. Protozoa and Metazoan species in such observed microorganisms possibly can remove the cyanobacteria cells by the predation and the decomposition.2. Success to develop an isolation method using micro capillary for uncultured Metazoa and Protozoa from the biological water treatment system, reservoirs, fish ponds etc.3. Compare efficiency the conventional method and the new method we develop to collect the Protozoa and Metazoa without the monoculture method is having a good efficiency.
